BlueBird Problem

I purchased 3 more clips Sugar Daddy scene 2, Busty Babes USA scenes 1 and 2. All of them have problems. They download extremely quickly and when you open them it only streams and only streams about 3 minutes till it stops. I e-mailed yesterday. I hope I get a reply buy just hope by posting here will get a response.
