I like watching a good anal scene, but I'm curious to know why they differ so greatly in the amount of anal action. Not counting straight-to-anal scenes, the amount of anal may vary from less than a minute (boo!) to over ten minutes (hooray!)

Of course I know the girls get paid more for doing anal, but who decides how much they have to do for their money? Do they agree before shooting the scene how many minutes they will do, do they get paid per minute, or what? And what happens if, say, a girl agrees to do 5 minutes but calls it off after 2? Does she not get paid at all, does she get a reduced rate, or what?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that all girls should be expected to do anal, I'm just curious about the mysterious workings of the porn business. I'm sure some of the producers or performers who read this board can throw some light on the matter!

I don't know about boy/girl, once upon a time I was asked to do a b/g for Private (which I didn't do) and you only got ?50 more for anal, needless to say that wasn't much of an incentive!

With girl/girl work anal can be horrible...probing fings and rock hard toys...ugh!

To be really blunt I would say that anal comes down to the individual girl, I NEVER promise anal on a shoot as it depends on the day and can be painful. When I worked for Sickpuppy I had all sorts of things up my butt with no problem and no pain. A few weeks later I did a shoot for Shiny where anal was required and it was awful, even a finger was ridiculously painful, after the shoot I could not sit properly for 3 days! The reason for this was (if you don't want to be grossed out a little read no further!) I had just had food poisoning and was jet lagged, I was very constipated and I had my period...not really the best combination for an anal shoot!

From talking to a lot of girls in this industry I've found out it varies depending on how turned on and feeling sexy a girl feels with the guy doing her in the bum dept. This may depend on a cursory couple of minutes to a marathon half hour or more.

Contrary to popular belief, quite a lot of girls have told me they really do enjoy anal...depending on who they are doing it with of course.

Other times a model may agree to do a bit and this might fall within the few seconds/ minutes category. Now gapers...they speak for themselves

Fair enough, but there are cases where the girl clearly doesn't like it and wants to get it over with as soon as possible, but they go on for a few more minutes anyway, presumably because the director wants more footage. There are numerous American examples, but a possible British one is Leanne McQueen's scene with Ben Dover, where she keeps asking the guys to come (meaning she wants to finish the scene), but they go on to give her a DP. I am NOT saying she doesn't consent to this, because clearly she does, but equally clearly she doesn't like it (and we know she doesn't like anal anyway). So why does a girl go on doing something she is not enjoying?

Some girls use poppers, I don't drink, smoke or do drugs (I am anti all 3) so that is not an optione for me. I will just point out also that I LOVE anal sex in my personal life, the strongest orgasm I've ever had was during anal sex. A dick is certainly a lot nicer than a cold, hard toy. Money? Fear of no furutre work if word gets round she doesn't like the industry obsession? Concern she won't get paid properly for that scene? It's not hard to imagine why. Hear, hear. Wall to wall anal is a load of bollocks. Unfortunately, most American and European producers seem to be under the mistaken impression that us punters are gagging for it! However, I fear that in most instances it may have to opposite effect as to what the producers were hoping for i.e, sexually excitement, stimulation and and enthusiasm for more of the same. Anal, like most things, is fine in moderation. Just a clip per film would certainly be enough for most normal/average type folks. But all this "Anal Buttreamers Part Umpteen" is absurd. Anal is just a part of the sexual menu,a side dish, but producers who have lost the plot are serving it up as the main course!

Anal is no substitute for attractive girls and erotic situations/scenarios. Down with crap porno.

I agree anal is boring. Whats wrong with a good old fashioned vaginal scene. Why do these producers ignore the front door and dash straight for the rear exit. Am I unusual in finding the sight of an aroused vagina more exiting than a stretched chocolate starfish?
