This might have been covered before. Is it possible to get the very naughty channels (h/c) on Sky Digital with just another card without any other equipment?

No. You need a regular digital CA receiver which are used by every other broadcaster except Sky who decided to be awkward and make thier digibox incompatible with the Common Interface system used by the rest of the world. Thats Rupert for you!
Check out What Satellite Mag and

. . . . . and you have to point your dish at different satellites in different parts of the sky.

You do not have to have a motorised or steerable dish though.
A fixed dish on Astra 1 or Hotbird (or both with 2 lnbs) will be fine for 99% of the h/c on offer. This would be in addition to your minidish assuming you still want to keep Sky. Virtually everything Sky have is available on the euro channels anyway. But Rupert does not want the public to have the choice.
