Have you tried getting in touch with support?

My webmaster doesnt look at these forums. I'm not sure why you are having a problem but do try to get in touch with support as they are pretty good at dealing with these problems and at least if you do I can have some point of reference that you've been in touch if I have to cross reference your query.
