Hi All, since i got lots of replies to my last post i thought i would write another.

My name is michelle and i run a london based agency called Magik Models, i am currently seeking female models who are interested in working for the european/USA market.

I am a model myself and i will only send models on a booking with reputable companies and do not expect models to work in ways they are not comfortable with, i do not charge a signing on fee.

Also i am opening a studio in the new year so if there are any models in the london or surrounding area who would like to join the studio register contact me.

Also if there are any budding Bens out there who would like to shoot models on an amateur basis contact me too!

Hi, Could you please tell us of your work experience and any "qualifications" to be a model agent

Certianly, i have been modelling myself for about two years, i have worked mostly for US big boob publications and i am now branching out to video work as previously i was quite shy also slightly apprehensive about what my parents would think (they are cool about it).

As for the agency i have no qualifications as such (who does!) but i have a good inside knowledge of the industry.

how it all started was i recieved a few e-mails from would be models who wanted to break into the industry who either did not know how to or went to see some very dodgy people (the give us a blow job and i will get you work types), i do know of someone who has this as his policy (no one on this site) and i think it stinks, just because a model is happy to have sex on film doesent mean she should have to do stuff like that, but if models are happy to do that that is up to them and i am not one to judge.

That gave me the idea to start an agency that deals mainly with models who want to join the industry with an agent who is completely supportive, who will NOT rip them off in any way (i do not charge to sign on or for test shots etc), will not book jobs for them if it contains work they are not comfortable in doing, will only deal with photographers or production companies who are reputable or have come reccommended.

I do not only work with new models i also have some experienced models too, some are on this site for instance.

I am aware that there was a so called agency who went totally against my principles and my main aim is to show that there are people in this industry who are professional and will work hard to keep the good name the british glamour/porn industry already has.

The best person to speak to would probabally be Ben, Marino or John mason if you are looking to get into the acting side as i do not usually represent male models.
