Sites that accept debit cards or sms billing

Are there any sites that accept this type of payment? I dont have a credit card so are limited to waht i can join.
Any info would be appreciated.

Killergram for one but why not get a prepaid credit card? Works just like a debit card but is either Visa or Mastercard.

ccbill will accept visa debit cards - although they dont advertise it so long as the debit card is a visa one it should work

to just pay with a debit card it has to be killergram, loads of content and a new scene everyday so its worth it in my opinion
