PLEASE help me ID this film/actress!!

I've been looking for this film for the last 6 years, to no avail lol!
the only part i remember about it is the interviewer "chatting" the girl up, right outside a Mc Donalds restaurant, she had long brown/dark hair and they went back to a flat with her, from my recollection some of the other scenes in the film had foreign girld in them, im thinking it COULD have been a "Joe's Wild World" film, but cant find a clip of them anywhere lol!
im sure some of the British adult conoissers on here could help me out, much appreciated anyone that can, desperate to find this!
