Who Are?

Who are Bayleaf and Dawn Birtles? I've been reading their reviews and most of the time they get it spot on. Are they on the staff of BGAFD?
Bayleaf was of course a big star in the seventies hit series 'The
Herbs' until his sacking over the notorious 'Pesto-gate' scandal. He
revived his by-then flagging career in the eighties in 'London's
Burning', where he was frequently to be seen revenging himself by
immolating his fellow herbs in vats of boiling water in the Fire-station
kitchen.
Dawn is the sister of the famous and elegant ex-Nottingham Forest
and England footballer Garry Birtles. Aside from her obvious literary
talents, Dawn is a first-rate goal-keeper and in her spare time collects
Gary Lineker dolls, which she then throws away : -)
