Filming drunk coupless can be a producers penultimate nightmare and not only that getting the right paperwork as well. 9 1/2 times out of 10 you'll find that those same said folk wouldnt have their required legal id or even a fit state to sign a model release after.

That would be real dodgy to do so as the bloke from Girls Gone Wild found out when he didnt have his paperwork in order according to the 2257 and was fined a whpping $2 million!

Even filming them on your mobile phone would be legally actionable. may be illegal would add to the appeal but what if some of the girls were underage because they lied to get into the club.

We all know that someof these girls can be as young as 14 or 15 and thats what the bloke from GGW couldnt prove when he was accused of it.
