I thought I should just add that I received my order today so they're not a rip off. They just take longer than they say on their website. It took just over 3 weeks.
I can't help thinking they would avoid first time buyers like myself thinking they've lost their money if they put realistic delivery times on their website. '48 hour dispatch' when in fact it takes 3 weeks just makes people think they've lost their order.
But they're not a ripoff.

I spoke too soon. I have now discovered they have me the wrong videos! Incompatent rather than a ripoff.

GOT TO AGREE THAT THEY ARE NOT SCAM MERCHANTS (sorry about the Capitals caps lock on) maybe not the fastest but they seem willing to please.

GOT 12 VCDS TODAY 2 WERE OF POOR QUALITY BUT NO WORSE THAN YOUR AVERAGE VIDEO.WAS SENT ALL THE CORRECT DISKS AND WAS KEPT UP TO DATE WITH ORDER STATUS.THEY EMAILED ME TO ASK ME TO CONTACT THEM IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS.IT TOOK 3 WEEKS TO ARRIVE BUT AT LEAST IT ARRIVED UNLIKE SOME OTHER COMPANIES
