Cant say which site its off but she has got an english accent maybe even a touch welsh not sure.

I agree, it's more like JB than anyone else I could think of- and
circumstantially, Jo often seemed to wear a pearl necklace [no pun
intended] similar in design to the one in that pic.
I'd need to see more/better shots to be sure, though- the face
seems a little 'off'.
