Allfornothing33 has scanned me these from ?The Sexorcist? a book about John Lindsay published in 1974. There seems to be a page missing between 4 and 5, but hopefully he?ll be able to scan it next week. BTW: Lindsay?s full name is meant to be John Jesnor Lindsay, rather than John Jesser Lindsay as its given in the text, probably a typo.
