Firstly mate, I hope your hand is much better...

The front of the Trip to....website has a bus with all manner of...suitable...destinations on the rollerblind- Ballsbridge in Dublin..and the Worcestershire hamlet of Fockbury- right by the M5/M42 junction, actually.

I'm surprised you didn't use more Worcestershire places though. Such as:

Bell End [near Stourbridge]

Lickey [wooded hills on the Brum border and Brum's courting/dogging grounds for 100 years. Most of the city must have been conceived there. And it has a huge obelisk as well jutting out of the bush]

Wyre Piddle [near Pershore]

and my favourite:

Minge Lane in the south Worcs. town of Upton-upon-Severn. The council tried to change the name in the 80s to Mince Lane. The residents made them change it back. The signs keep getting nicked as well. Can't think why.

Enough there for a whole new visit!

To be honest sometimes the movies were defined by where the models were closest and easiest to book, sometimes they were defined by grabbing great locations and some were down to that old thing called budget.

I would love to still be doing the Road Trips now, they were so much fun although a lot harder then shooting standard scenes, it took a lot of effort to try to keep them looking like mayhem. I also found that on the Road Trips so many guys and girls became friends as they were not clinical as we all hung out together for a few days.
