The current credit crunch

Here is something to mull over....Given the current climate,

Has anyone thought of another payment method lately? ie something other than a damn credit card, like the old fashion cheque or p order given that most sites seem to rely on US billing something or other?

My credit rating is quite literally screwed (excuse the pun!) but having not died from something very nasty 3 years ago, sadly I cannot get into any sites right now as I ain't got some crappy piece of plastic....

Trust me I wouldn't won't anyone to suffer from Pnuemococcal Pneumonia, other than the idiots that are getting a huge pension for making an A+++ of the banking system.

My ideas for this subject remain ideas for the long term, till the crunch ends (probably)

Mull over that

A problem at the moment is that most British sites are priced in $ Dollars and a few in Euros and with the ? pound now shite against most other currencies it makes joining these site more expensive, what is needed is an easy card payment system priced and collected in Sterling this would make it better for the punter and also webmasters as they wouldnt have to change the money back into sterling !wink!

I think most of the smaller sites would be happy to accept a cheque or PO if you email and ask them, even if they don't advertise that they do.

Hi All,

Thanks for the replies, I know this one has already been mentioned before, but how many ladies have stopped working due to the cash crisis??

takes both cheques & postal orders, and would love to take your order.
