I used to visit her shop on the A23 in Norbury when I was stationed in London. I met her often and I may say what a delightful lady she was.
As a squaddie I always had an eye for the ladies and boy was she a treat to look at.
Tragically hounded by a society that was so far up its own arse it was choking on its own feet. The gendarmes, the bastards, especially hounded her and I think to the extent that she was forced to take her own life.
What a tragic loss to mankind and an indictment of a spiteful arsehole society.
