Perhaps you should consult with them first before putting damaging comments like that here first Bee.

I say this because I can never understand why people do this when they encounter a problem with a site and not get intouch with the site first.

maybe you have then in that case, my apologies are in order.

Well if its anyhting to do with my site twisteruk i would be happy to hear about it.

Just contact customer support first as I dont know the mechanics of my site to sort the problem out efficiently.

Bee has always been a staunch supporter of Blue Bird and I for one thought she was on the pay roll of the company for how much interest she has shown

They have been in toch and tell me I have not got 40 scenes but 25. This is not true and all so that I have 16 scenes to choose from this month. This is also not true as when you are a member it shows up to download per scene but it has a charge of $2.99 per scene. This is it for me I'm done no more bluebird.

i payed for a few films months back.
never got them, after a week or so of emails i was told that i could sort the problem via phone....they were going to call me.
so i refused to supply my number and stoped trying for a refund.

waste of money.

The only moral to be drawn from this is: pay monthly, and
minimise potential losses.
Sites who blame 'webmasters' are either incompetent or cynical.
If one is running a business, one should run ALL aspects of it.
