get well soon. Didn't she have an operation on her knee a few years ago, hope this isn't trouble flaring up on the same knee.
Dare I ask what caused the original injury, or was it something like a cartilage operation, which i understand are quite common and not always linked to people who do a lot of sports.

Hi everyone...
ahh thanks for all your nice comments..
Its the other knee this time... just been to see the physio and out for a good few weeks... seeing him again Friday so will know more then .. see how much it heals in a week..
soo bored and had so much work booked in i cant do... frustrated big time... cant even fuck!!
