Anyone out there know how to get Lollys vids to play without being jerky. I have waited until the bar fully loads. I have tried Internet Explorer and Firefox. Audio is fine but the video can pause for 5 to 10 seconds at a time before catching up with the audio.

And to make things worse when I download them they are in a format that my machine does not recognise and I only get audio.

Please help.

what is the codec called? it should tell you in the info pane if you hover your pointer over the file in windows.

firfox is shite lately so abandon it till its fixed the memory hogging. try opera, its very quick. if you're still having probs make sure your computer spec is adequate enough to actually handle the files in question.

Think I have sorted it, left click on the downloaded file click "open with" choose quicktime player, still takes a while to get going but boy once it does.

Works better if you close all other applications.
