It means someone has posted a clickable version of your link as stated in the subject. It is someone just being helpful. People post clickable versions of links for others just out of polite netiquette.

i havent seen much of her for a couple of years now and even that was after a few years itself
fantastic rack though and one of the best ive seen on any of the girls from these isles

Not easy to find an agency or contact details for models especially that one Vanessa(2) but I will keep trying.
