As per the usual have tried to contract customer service but to no avail.

I purchased a scene, downloaded fine.

Saw more I wanted and then decided to get premium account.

Log in with premium fine but when I try to download some scenes I get prompted to the payment page for individual scenes.

Am I missing something here!?

might be something to do with the transition from there old/current site to there new TBA release date site.

Well if they've taken $29.99 from me for a site I can't download from I won't be happy...

If we were listing british paysites from 1 to 100 by the number of complaints
over the past decade

Bluebird would be first by a country mile

daylight would be 2nd

Use your brain and source your porn from elsewhere as clearly complaining long and loud hasnt made one iota of difference

The site hasnt been updated for weeks,so until the new site launch there will not be updates,i do not know if standing memberships with the old site are transferable to the new or if you will have to sign up for a new month at the new site.
To be honest though they really really should not be taking money off people if the site is not working properly and content is limited but there you go,
On here and numerous other forums bluebird are a bit of a joke,
The content is good,No denying that, But the customer service is horrible,Not just a bad service but this hiwatt guy is real arrogant and can often be found mocking his customers on here.
I'm sure he will give you some help when he reads this message or at least tell you why you can't download the scenes

I hope so. Because I won't let a months membership for nothing lie. I don't care if this *new* site is coming...
