Concerning the two girls shown on page one of "Unknowns", I think the film could have been Dutch. There is a quick glimpse of a car number plate new the beginning of the film and what I remember of it, it could have been from Holland.

I thought that number could equally well have been from Britain. But you may be right. However, the blonde bloke is a Brit I think.
