new talent.....new girls to look out for?

i'm pretty new here but think the site is fantastic! with so many people on here with such brilliant knowledge of the industry i just thought i'd ask if there are any new girls that are worth looking out for? girls who have only been around for a year or even less but in your opinions may be the next big thing? just thought it might be an interesting topic. any links to your hot tips or suggestions would be fantastic.
