No but they should. Would make hearing bad news more enjoyable thats for sure

Naked News does or did have a UK element, as their reporter Lily Kwan presents or presented a "Lily in the UK" segment to the programme. Originally the idea was to file bulletins from the streets of London, but the first time she tried to do this, by conducting an interview with someone in Oxford Street, the police soon arrived and broke it up, informing her that standing topless in the street isn't allowed in this country.

Yes it's OK in Ontario, where she often conducted topless interviews, but as you say not here.
