Anybody used these b4 -are they reliable, and did it work out fine when you ordered? How long do they take, from your experience

I used them in Dec - ordered two videos. They arrived seperate but within a few days of each other. Their email confirmations was clear and concise giving when the order was recieved, when the order was processed and then when the order was sent.

Took a total of a week/10days.

Yes I have used them too, superb range, good prices and delivered within a couple of weeks. Video's are good quality and DvD's came with original covers.

They are the best suppliers I have ever used. Abot 10 days delivery and never once been stopped. Excellent.

Not so, alas.....my first order (3 tapes) arrived roughly as described above.
My second (12 tapes) however, just before Xmas, has yet to materialise. I e-mailed them a week ago and was told that they were being split up to evade HMC&E. Fair enough: but since then, nothing. I would have expected to see one or two by now (all are marked on the tracking page as 'to be shipped today', as they have been for over 3 weeks now).
Will contact them again, and keep you posted.

i've had the same thing - a few of my orders have been listed as 'to be shipped' for probably a month or so. My advice is just be patient, they've always arrived in the end.

I know, but it's hard.......and has been for some while.
