Its a good job the NHS budget has been ring fenced with treatment like this available !wink!

Bloody hell, I've never had treatment like than when I've been in hospital.

This is all part of the coalitions Big Society, if you are feeling under the weather you just nip down to your local A&E where the nurses will give you a quick wank, it cuts down on the timewasters visiting their GPs for minor ailments !wink!
