Is it me or has the site become very slow, frequently falling over completely with time outs etc?

This is becoming one my most common sights:-

"Sorry there was a problem processing your last request. Please wait a few seconds and try again."

Iv not been on there much recently as all i seem to be getting on there are numerous spam emails from Nigerians

It's always been bad. These days it's worse. And it's never been very busy. So sometimes it takes several minutes for the tumbleweed to blow by nowadays.
