I think LadySonia.com - whilst maybe not high production value (largely 'cos they are web based) - are amongst the most creative and well resourced producers out there on the web.
And let us not lose sight of the fact that this is their market - the web.
It was 10 minutes, no doubt, because that is what the scene called for. If they wanted to make a 40 minute scene, I am in no doubt that they would have done so...
You should also bear in mind that a significant chunk of their market is US based.
