Didn't understand the crack about 'glass houses'........care to elaborate?

It wasnt only Balham. Several other areas of South London have been making strange remarks aswell. Apparently Peckham and Brixton were ranting about "glass houses" in the pub last night and then Clapham joined in by stating that "knickerless girls shouldnt climb trees".

Why can't knickerless girls climb trees? Does being minus underwear deprive them of the use of their legs? David Attenborough's never mentioned owt like this.
