You can always check his blog if he is still writing entries as he used to blog about who he worked with and what he was doing and who he was doing. !happy!

i'm sure its an old scene from a series that was shown on the adult channel along with the hardcore version on their site some years ago and later released on 2 dvds under a different title of milf motherfuckers, see the listings on here.
