Help identifying this film...

Assuming this link works, there is a film listed here that is referred to as: "Fetish - Mistress Barrett & her Slaves". Having done a bit of research it seems that is just a description of the film, rather than it's title. I couldn't find it listed under any film listings of the people who are in it - anywhere I've looked online. Does anyone know it's proper title and where I could buy a hard copy of it? Thanks in advance.
