C+E on International Orders

I'm waiting for an order to arrive from both Excalibur and Jaded Video and I'm half expecting Customs to confisgate both orders to watch and wank over - sorry, investigate - I know several of you are used to having to deal with this undercover hypocricy by the C+E folk.

So what can I expect - do they send you a letter or do they just wait and send it on? At what point should I re-contact my distributor to get another copy sent?

Cheers for your help!

They dont often open the stuff from US because it rarely contains prohibited material like pissing and fisting unlike orders from europe. In 9 out of 10 cases they will send it on to you after they have run off a copy for themselves. If something is seized HM Thieves will send you a letter confirming confiscation which you can fax to your supplier assuming they are prepared to re-ship. Excalibur offer insurance to cover this possibility.

Excalibur can be very slow. Speaking of which. How long do Fivestar normally take? Ive been waiting ages.

On this occasion, Magoo, Excalibur have been great. They are beating Jaded video hands down so far. Excal have already shipped out my product yesterday. As I understand it, Jaded video are still pissing about waiting for the studio (Sin City) to get their act together. But at least Jaded have a list up of how long each studio is likely to take...

I have (on order, and I'd thoroughly recommend these two...)

* Psycho Sexx 2 (if only for the scene with Jordan Lee & Caressa Savage [wow])
*Intense Perversions 1 (feat our very own Ms Sterling)

Anybody have any recommendations from our US friends?

I recently got an order from Five Star in under a week, but only part of it as one item was out of stock. If something is out of stock - and there is bound to be a time lag sometimes between an item going out of stock and the website being updated - then they are at the mercy of the producing company. The missing item arrived a few weeks later and they didn't debit the card for that item until they shipped it.

'Gone with the Wind' is quite good, Humphrey Bogart, also anything with SJ Hanilton (Brit, naturally): but then I'm biased.
I like the Euroangels/Hardball-type stuff for kinky underwear/
perversions purposes. Anabolic/Diabolic are one of the best studios, and their usual tape length is 140m: good value. Gregory Dark's stuff is a bit out of the ordinary, like Bruce Seven/Andrew Blake but less 'soft-focus'.
Excalibur despatched 2 of 12 items ordered b4 Xmas about a week ago. Jaded got all 6 ordered to me inside 10 days. I cancelled the remaining 10 from Exc., and re-ordered them with Jaded.
'Nuff said.

Thanks Alec. I got a mail from them confirming they had shipped it about a day after I orderedbut no sign of it yet. It has just recently been marked "out of stock". Could the shipping confirmation be a mistake?

I have ordered 8 dvd's from fivestar. From e-mail conformation of despatch they have arrived within 4-7 days, but that is by global priority mail not normal mail.

I'd guess if they said they shipped it, they shipped it. Global Priority can take a few days.

I used global priority. I reckon it should have arrived about ten days ago. Perhaps its waiting for customs to have a look at it. I think Ill have to email 5star soon if it doesnt show up.
