They posted from the UK last time I ordered from them, which was from their printed catalgoue rather than from the website. I've never ordered from the website; so can't say if the process is different.

Only in the ordering: despatch is still from the UK.
The two new-ish online payment methods recently defeated me however, so I had to resort to postal ordering, but did receive an apologetic (though unhelpful) note after a suitable bollocking-letter.
Service quality is good, packaging requires payience and several sharp tools to open!!
I intensely dislike their tacking-on of inadequately-described extra scenes which peter out in the middle as the tape runs out. If they told me in advance, yes, but........why not do a little arithmetic and use 240s where necessary?
