Does anyone know of a way to get in contact with the people behind this group of sites?

I signed upto them about 2 weeks ago and everything worked fine for a week, last Saturday morning my log in stopped working. I followed there procedure of submitting a support ticket - the status of which is still unviwed.

On Wednesday I sent an e-mail to what they state is there admin's e-mail address, but as of yet I have not recieved any feedback in my attmpt to access what is very good content, based on what I did view before my problem occured.

Try contacting the billing provider if you have no luck getting a reply.
