My verdict, for what it's worth: some are usually unnoticeable (good), some look fake whatever the situation (v v bad). As to feel, depends partly on the size of implant, partly on surgical skill. I've never noticed a cold sensation from them, except in the sense of cold meaning impersonal.
Compensation for small tits: has anyone noticed that A-cup gals usually have the most amazing nipples?
