I have placed a similar post to this in the past so apologies for repetition but I am now desperate to get rid of the remaining videos & DVD's I've got. The reason for this sudden rush you ask? I've just moved in with my girlfriend so everything must go as they say!

Sorry mate dont want your vids but you are definately doing the right thing. I made the mistake of thinking I could keep mine in the cupboard(vids that is, not the girlfriend) and watch them while she was out. Yep, you guessed it! I came in from work one night and shes sitting watching one of them. Crockery became airborne and Magoo became single again. Its hard to explain to a woman that looking at porn is not the same as betraying them.

You see, you SHOULD have kept her in the cupboard instead. That way, she doesn't gather dust, and is always ready for immediate use. Slip-cases are easily obtainable in all sizes in high street stores, as are silencers............

I have a deal going with a guy who lives in the flat opposite to mine. He looks after all my "nature videos", and can view at his own pleasure. When I'm in need of a quick fix (ie, Tuesday nights - her aerobics class...) I just pop over and get a tape. My girlfriend can handle your average movie, but somehow I don't think she would be to impressed with the antics of Kelly Stafford, Rocco and co....

would it sound terribly smug of me to say that i have a pretty decent porn collection and my wife has learned to live with it. we often watch the relativey tame ones together (private etc.) you're right though, she doesn't think much of the Rocco/Kelly double act. My tip for anyone not in such a good situation is to choose dvd over vhs. they are much smaller and therefore much easier to hide. your best bet is to buy a playstation 2 (which has a dvd drive) and keep your porn in the boxes with violent games which your other half would never open.

My then girlfriend found my stash in the loft where she NEVER went! So much for her fear of cobwebs and spiders!!! I had to choose there and then...........no contest!! I now keep my stash under the bed for easy access, as for her? who gives a fuck!!

How about this for a slant on the debate. My wife came home from work the other day and said one of the girls in the office had a collection of porn vids and she was going to borrow one off her so we could watch it together.
For a second I thought about saying, "dont bother I've got loads hidden in the spare room, we can watch one of those".
Hmm, think I'll just see how things progress first, then break it to her gently.

It's heartening to see that this is a path previously trodden by many before me! It is breaking my heart being forced to reduce my collection so dramatically after it has taken so long to build up but I think even Stevie Wonder would be able to find my current stash of 200ish videos where ever I hid it. I am hoping to smuggle a few in though and am well ahead of you on the DVD front!
