Video came through today. NTSC tape, playing with absolutely no problems on a cheap old video.

They took as much time to deliver one video as Jaded Video took to deliver one DVD, one days gap, then another DVD...

Matt, I think you said this was sent by Global Priority Mail. How did you arrange this, as it isn't offered as an option on the Excalibur order form? And what was the time between shipping and arrival? Without GPM it averages about 12 days.

It was actually an option for me when I ordered. I today received an email back from E xcalibur which I sent the day before the video arrived, asking them where it is.

In this email they told me that unless I get a letter from Customs telling me it's been held indefinitely, I'd have to wait for 90 days before they'd send anything else!!!

I've tried to pre-empt this bullshit by e-mailing them today that the contents of my missing tape wouldn't justify confiscation by HM Thieves etc, but I have every faith that they'll manage to think up some more crap to excuse their pathetic performance.......
