How long does it take to films to be delivered from them taking the money.

I ask because they the money of my credit card on 11 Feb and to date no films have arrived.

Any comments greatly appreciated !!!

Usually about ten days, in my experience (Recorded Delivery, not that it speeds it up any, but at least a signature is needed).
If they haven't arrived after 3 weeks, mail them and they'll happily send replacements, without fuss.

I ordered this very one this time around: the pic quality is terrible after a few minutes into the tape. I expect yours will be OK, though.
A few of their Euro copies I got a couple of orders back were untrackable, and a couple of the Britgirls ones had this weird effect where it was like looking through frosted glass.
I complained (naturally) and was sent satisfactory replacements for the Brit ones, and new ones for the Euros. One of the latter STILL didn't track, so I returned it and was offered the choice of another title.
Fair enough, but I wasn't happy about all the running around I had to do because they didn't bother to check the tapes before despatch. Most of the ones I received this time were wound nearly to the end, sugesting that these had been checked: the problems were, of course, with the ones that hadn't!!
Still, I rate them about 8/10 for service: a couple of tweaks and they'd get at least a 9.
I also can't negotiate their new online payment system so have to order by snail-mail. Hey ho..........

Cmon JJ, 8/10 after all that !!!
There's no excuse.At least cue the tape 10 mins in & do a quick check b4 despatch.
It's much quicker for them than messing around sending out replacements-never mind the customer doubt this sort of thing
generates.

I've tried to get this across to them myself.
It's very easy to lose a customer, but bloody hard to regain one once lost.
The 8 is for their no-quibble replacement and the reliability of despatch.
10 min. in is no good, as the probs usually start around the middle......as I said, there was some evidence to suggest that the majority of tapes had been checked right through, either as a (new) general policy or because I've had cause for complaint in the past.

Got them this morning, sent by recoreded delivery, and the quality is excellent !!
