a whois lookup shows registration to your choice two weeks ago they tried twice on our behalf to contact the owners after i mailed your choice. Though they had in the words of their first reply "tried to contact them several times about some issues without success". so it looks like the owners aren't interested. The best thing to do would be to turn the forums off and just leave the databases.

forums are extremely easy to set up but the problem is the easiest two free providers, proboards and zetaboards, do not allow adult content. Otherwise zetaboards would probably be the wisest option since it's banning mechanisms are more wide-reaching. Another immediate problem would be how to invite people over or advertise it since the dickheads here are going to be able to see those posts as well. I'm on a completely unrelated forum which has been set up solely to get away from such idiots but they still get in on a regular basis. They are got rid of much quicker that's the benefit. There's also the problem of moderation. My opinion is that is a full-time job on a forum like this.

If nobody is actively running the site once the current hosting contract expires I presume will be gone.

Times have moved on and while still useful, without spammers of course, the forums are much quieter than a few years ago. Then the girls looked in and posted. Short notice availability was a good way to arrange a shoot at a negotiated rate. Now they just do webcam on AW etc.

What is not anywhere else is the models and films index.

As posted above adult content eliminates many providers and easy sources of paying a small amount for annual membership to cover the hosting and the time spent moderating.

Forums are quieter in gerneral since social media ruled the roost.
