Whats wrong with Good Morning or Good Afternoon.
Otherwise shut the fuck up!

A word
that is misused by many who dont know how to have a conversation.
When you can be in a good mood or minding your own business.
Someone will ask if youre OK.
It can come accross as intrusive.
In other words Mind your own business!
These people who ask are only making themselves look good or caring, they are just being nosey and they only care about themselves.
