AFAIK this was a german film and nothing to do with BD despite them using his name.

Look up Sex in Public Places 1 (also 2) under Films - see left side. Like Henry's British Tarts these were released as 'Ben Dover Presents ...' which is supposed to account for the missing Ben Dover volume numbers.
Later Sex in Public Places volumes were released as X-Kiss Sex in Public Places ...
