Anyone else think she was sexy as fuck back in the 70s and 80s? When I was 16 I saw this movie - "Homework" - where she seduces a 16year old schoolboy - she was in her 40s at the time - horny as hell !

She was sexy for about 5 minutes when she was a Rank starlet: after that, she was just a ever-worsening caricature.
But at least she proved that she had finally learned to act, in the Cinzano ads: her finest hour. Oh, and that thing she did with Steven Berkoff.

i looked her up on the imdb it says she had a affair with arthur lowe?well i never,its thanks to ch4 i get to see and laugh at her actingin those old 50s flicks.

don't think its that one.its an american guy ,i think. singer eartha kitt said she had an affair with arthur,everyone was amazed,mistakenly thinking it was dads army arthur.

my favourite 40 ish woman in a 1970s film was liz in CONFESSIONS OF A DRIVING INSTRUCTOR (robin askwith film). its on uk cable channel PARAMOUNT this friday.

joan and captain mainwaring would be unlikely.think american was spelt arthur loew,but pronounced same way.
