a shop in horsham? (west sussex)

about a year ago an ex-work mate told me he read in the local paper that a sex shop had been given the go ahead in horsham (where i work), but the local council were trying to stop it from happening (im not quite sure all the details) does anyone know what happend and if it is alive and kicking where the bloody hell is it?
