RETAIL, only by m/order, AFAIK.
Any connection with:
1) Sci-fantasy, or;
2) WWII Russian generals?

I think it's a dialect of 'kidz txt msg' the sort of stuff todays adolescents use their thumbs for - to communicate rather than grunting like previous generations. I may be mistaken though.

This also has roots in Classified s/hand, 'flt fr sle, 2 bds, gsoh, ?5 ono'.
Also refer telegrams from journalists before phones were universal, the classic exchange being between Evelyn Waugh (skiving while on assignment in Africa) and his editor at the Daily Mail:
Ed: Why unnews?
W: Unnews goodnews.
Ed: Unnews=unjob.
W: Upstick job asswise.

1) Does steppin' on neighbour's son's Star Wars figures count?
2) German Panzer General - Creator of the Panzer Divisions & Blitzkrieg warfare.
