No its not.

It is illegal to send them through the post (if they're not R18). But one would hope the Old Bill have more important things to do than chase Vidshop - like finding the bastards who smashed my car and nicked my stereo.

If they hate sex so much in the public domain, how do they stand it in private? Either they really do have a problem with the human body, or they're pretending they do in order to please their voting base.

it is illegal to post hardcore porn within this country - including bbfc certificated r18 material, which is meant to be available only through licensed sex shops.

however, you CAN legally post uncertificated material to an address in this country, as long as it is posted from abroad and it complies with current r18 guidelines as stipulated by the bbfc on their website (including r18 material, of course)! it makes no sense but that's how it is.

in reality, as long as your order doesn't involve animals or children, you won't be bothered by the police even if they do intercept something that has broken the letter of the law. they have far more pressing matters to attend to.

That's what hurts. Why is it so damn hard for governments outside of Europe and Brazil to accept human sexuality?

Why is prostitution legal in Nevada, but nowhere else in America? If something is evil, it should be outlawed everywhere. If it ain't evil, it should be outlawed nowhere. Banning prostitution is evil cuz all it does is destroy individual freedom, while allowing aids-ridden people to sell their "services." Where prostitution is legal, it is mandatory to have health checks, thus saving lives. Some countries don't care about saving lives and would rather force-feed their puitanical bullshit on people, even if it kills thousands of people for no good reason.

Why the f___ can't govts. understand that people like to have sex and watch others having sex? What is their goddam problem? What did Europe do to deserve intelligent, sane, pro-sex policies that everyone else has failed to do?

Obviously they elect smarter leaders.
