If they are happy with their girlfriend/wife doing H/C then it's fine. I'm sure there are plenty of couples who have a stable relationship with the female taking part in porno movies, as long as they are open about what goes on.

If they are not happy then perhaps there is no point in having a relationship with that person, I guess it would only breed unhappiness.

I think it's a question of each to their own, people will make up their own minds about what route their personal life takes.

You've deliberately set up about the most unlikely possible scenario.
If she's doing things in porn she's not done with her old man, their marriage is already in trouble: and how did the family find out? No sane couple with children would advertise the fact the wifey does porn, for the kids' sake, if nothing else (not a moral judgment, but a recognition of other people's stupid prejudices).
I talked over a rather more realistic, but broadly similar, possibility with a mate fairly recently: I concluded that twenty years ago I'd have been too insecure and self-absorbed to handle it, but now it probably wouldn't be that big a deal.

I would have thought that the Model/Actress would have fully discussed this with their parner before hand, and that rules and limits would be agreed and arranged.
However I am sure that having seen the final product of their loved one performing some people realise that it is all too much to emotionally handle and therefor it is mutually agreed that their porn career should end (explains why there are so many girls with only 1 or 2 films under their belts).

Im sure that 99.9% of models do what they do with their parners full blessing, and in fact the parner is proud and happy and gets off on that fact.
