S56 Appreciation Society

There have been several posts recently regarding S56.
I must admit hardly a day goes by without Steve raising a wry smile on my usually dour face.
The "does anybody remember" features are spectacular, his encyclopedic knowledge of 70's & 80's music are staggering, I look forward with glee to his "I once met......in the early 80's" tales, and his use of fresh characters (his Mum & the dear Sue) keep you gasping for more.
Why oh why has some enterprising, TV mogul not snapped up the Steve56 phenonomem is beyond me, stand aside Trigger Happy TV, Be very worried
Avid Merrion, there is a new kid on the block in the figure of Steve56.
I think I better register the Yahoo.Group the "The World of Steve56" now..before some bugger beats me to it.
Moderators please listen to my plea, can we have a jpg that welcomes you to the O/T forum of Steve in full 70,s gear sat on his Raleigh Chopper listening to his Walkman(probably the Kinks) and eating a Cadbury's Curly Wurly......then i would believe there is a god.
Cheers in awe Cornish Chris (Happier for the S56 Experience).
