shit film, bunch of over-rated Scouse ponces, right time, right place. Lennon was washed up when killed, but made him a 'legend' Macca is the most ego-tistical bastard about, Ringo was a two-bob drummer who's BEST work was the voice over for Thomas the Tank and George, well, George was ok.

Yoko looked amazing on Top of the Pops in the early 70's wearing a sanitary towel over her eyes while John sang 'Give Peace a Chance' I think Mark Chapman missed that particular song. A good friend of mine lives in Liverpool, and the general concensus is Scousers prefer Gerry and the Pacemakers who stuck to the Scouse tradition instead of packing up and heading for London.

Well Ace I'll take it you don't really like them.

They were good for their time, opened up alot of new ways of going pop music. Things like Hey Jude & Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds of the period.

I liked Yellow Submarine the movie.

I liked "Imagine" & "Woman" by John Lennon.

"Band on the Run" & "Live & Let Die" by Macca & co. (Wings)

"My Sweet Lord" "Here Comes the Sun" & "Knocking on Heaven's Door" by George Harrison.
