Ok I realise that some of you will be disqualified due to never having read a book apart from the Police Codes Of Practice last time you got locked up or the label on your special medicine which says "return this person to St Nicks Loony Bin ASAP". But hey I dont discriminate against loony idiots so have a go.

I promise not to laugh if your favourite book is "Evil Gipsy Criminals and Darkies" by Enid Blighton.

Fire away............

Picking a favourite book is like picking a favourite film or song or anything else. Much depends on your mood at the time. But, for the sake of going along with this . . . . .

The Magus, by John Fowles. An unusual, rollercoaster of a novel where nothing is what it seems to be. Or, if wet, Great Expectations by Charlie D. Just love that heartless heroine who has poor Pip's pips in the palm of her hand.

Your turn, Magoo.
