Seventeen mags/videos history ?

Supposing I wanted to find out about how the Seventeen magazines and videos started out in Holland, as in who's idea it was, who was Eric Bent, were some of their early models at bit...shall we say...young , where would I look to find a brief history of Seventeen ? Any help much appreciated.
