Ah yes. Dear old Allan. One of lifes eccentrics for sure. After reading through his posts of today I expect those who thought Steve was a pain will now realise by comparrison Steve is a sage.
I blame Thatcher. She was the one who started closing down "special hospitals" and kicking these poor people out into the community.
I think I will dissapear again now. Give me a shout when Toby has gone away.
